Important Information
ACCOMMODATION
Located in a tranquil setting of an old orchard the chalets are built to the highest specification, each chalet is fully lined, insulated and thermostatically heated to ensure a warm and cosy stay all year round. Each chalet is clean, spacious and offers plenty of outdoor play area with sunning shelves and observations spots whilst the free range chickens and the forever escaping pet goats offer plenty of entertainment.
INSURANCE
All our guests are fully insured throughtout their stay with us.
DIET
We keep a large selection branded food therefore cater for most taste buds. If you pet is on a prescription diet please bring this along with you.
NERVOUS GUESTS
We feel it is very important to offer that special one to one for all our guest but particularly those more nervous characters. We endeavour to help them settle quickly and benefit from our quite, small premises. We are happy for your pet to come along for a few short stays to introduce them to us prior to a longer visit. If you are worried about leaving your pet please don’t hesitate to call us to chat it over.
VACCINATIONS
All our guest are required to have an up to date vaccination record, this is to ensure their well being and that of their fellow guests. Should you have an elderly cat or there are special circumstances regarding vaccinations please contact us we may still be able to accommodate you in one of our specialised chalets.
MEDICATION
We are happy to administer any medication your pet may require if discussed prior to booking.
GROOMING
We are happy to keep up your cats regular gooming routine alongside offering a plenty of pamper time and tlc.
BEDDING & TOYS
We provide a wide selection of cosy blankets, beds and toys. If you would like to bring something familiar to help your pet feel more at home you are most welcome to.
